Order Completion Time

  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours (delivery time may be extended to a maximum of 2 business days)
  • Orders placed before 14:00 are sent on the same day !!!
  • We do not process orders by phone, SMS or e-mail !!!
  • Orders paid via e-payments are processed first.
    We send all orders via:
    courier company DPD – delivery time within Poland up to 2 business days
    courier company DPD – delivery time outside Poland up to 5 working days
    Polish Post – delivery time up to 14 days working days
  • It is mandatory to provide a phone number to enable the courier to contact the recipient.
  • Additional costs that arise due to the inability of the courier to contact the recipient shall be borne by the ordering person.
  • Delivery time is given in WORKING days and is counted from 1 business day after the payment has been credited.
